Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Play an active role in supporting charitable programs, offering advice to those at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
• Lead, train, and develop your pharmacy team.
• Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff availability, ensuring we meet our customers’ needs.

What You’ll Need

• A Pharmacy Degree.
• Passion for leading and empowering a team.
• Membership with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (we’ll assist you with this upon job offer).
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (organised by Tesco) prior to starting employment.

Tesco Pharmacy Managers are supported by a wider store team, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients, while maintaining the safety of all colleagues.
