In Human Capital, HR Applications, we collaborate with leading Cloud software technologies such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow. We design and implement innovative HR solutions to optimize HR functions and activities. Our teams work to develop cloud-based HR systems that improve efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle.

As part of this role, you’ll gain expertise in developing, configuring, testing, and implementing Cloud software technologies with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience. You’ll also work with AI-powered HR solutions, learning to build AI-driven chatbots and creating reports, dashboards, and integrations using APIs and various programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, and Ruby.

We’re at the forefront of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform HR. You’ll be exposed to Gen AI and specialized HR AI technologies, solving real-world HR challenges like automating tasks, personalizing employee experiences, and generating data-driven insights.

As a globally recognized leader in HR Transformation and Digital HR Advisory, we serve clients across various sectors, including Public, Private, and Financial sectors. What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?

We are looking for candidates who have obtained or are working towards a minimum of a 2:1 degree, which should be completed by September 2025.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Full-Time Graduate in Human Capital, HR Applications, you will play an active role in large-scale technology transformations, contributing across the entire project lifecycle, from design to implementation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supporting clients in enhancing their HR technology landscape, with a focus on AI and Gen AI solutions.

Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand organizational requirements and identifying opportunities for AI-driven optimization across various HR functions.

Developing expertise in areas like Recruitment, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, RPA, integrations, reporting, and data migration, with an emphasis on AI technologies.

Leading system demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions with clients to showcase AI-powered HR solutions.

Configuring HR applications to align with client needs, ensuring a seamless integration of AI components into their systems.

Developing bespoke technical solutions such as management dashboards, AI chatbots, and application integrations using AI, Gen AI, and HR AI technologies.

Preparing documents and presentations to deliver strategic recommendations, highlighting the value of AI-driven HR transformations.

Contributing to internal initiatives and business development efforts, such as bids for new client opportunities.
