POSITION SUMMARY

Our Hotel Cleanliness Experts are trained in a variety of housekeeping activities and are responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. They have the freedom to walk around their environment and accomplish anything they need to do. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures that the hotel’s spaces contribute to a positive guest experience by delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, and performing other related tasks.

No matter what position you hold, a few things are essential for success: maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Doing all of these things well (along with other suitable job duties as required) is vital for Hotel Cleanliness Experts – we must always get it right for our visitors and our business.
