Harper Adams University, named the UK’s first Specialist University of the Year (2024), is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Services Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Student Services team. This full-time, permanent role is a key position within the department, reporting directly to the Head of Student Services.

About the Role

As Wellbeing Services Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery and strategic development of the university’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Team—a multidisciplinary group of clinical professionals. You will also hold university-wide responsibilities, acting as:

  • A Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • The Operational Lead for the Mental Health Strategy
  • The Operational Lead for the Suicide Safer Strategy

You will also represent the university externally in forums and working groups focused on student mental health and wellbeing.

  • A thorough understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges facing students
  • The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

This is a campus-based role, with occasional opportunities for remote working depending on service needs.
