Loughborough College is recruiting for an Account Manager to join our highly driven and successful Business Development team.
The Account Manager is in charge of managing accounts, building long-term relationships with businesses, and developing new business to achieve College income targets, all while providing high-quality work experience and industry placements.
The intriguing and diverse role includes:
- Developing and managing accounts for local and regional employers, maximising prospects for the College’s expansion goals, including apprenticeships, commercial training solutions, work experience, and industry placements.
- Ensure that agreed-upon monthly growth targets are reached or exceeded in order to boost the College’s turnover and profitability.
- Developing a strong and trusted partnership between employers and the College.
- Developing a thorough awareness of the employer’s requirements, anticipating account changes and upgrades, and resolving customer difficulties and complaints.
- Negotiating contracts with employers and defining a performance timeline.
- As a point of contact for employers and internal teams, I handle communication between employers, curriculum, and other personnel.
