Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in West Drayton, London. This is a high-impact business partner role supporting the LEAP Services operating team. You will play a key part in driving financial performance across our services portfolio and be accountable for the profitability of selected customer agreements in the Europe region.

As the Product Line (PL) finance lead for Europe, you will own various commercial and operational finance initiatives, providing strategic financial leadership on contract execution, restructuring, and margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as functional finance owner for LEAP Services commercial and operational initiatives.
• Act as the PL finance lead for contracts within the Europe region.
• Lead financial planning and performance tracking for key channel activities (e.g., T&M, CSA, external channels).
• Provide finance leadership for long-term program modeling and support contract negotiations on current services agreements.
• Drive financial processes for contract restructuring in collaboration with cross-functional teams (SSD, OCE, CSD).
• Lead operational planning, forecasting, and quarterly estimates in partnership with the operations team.
• Support and lead Contract Margin Reviews (CMRs) by preparing profitability analyses and coordinating review pacing and issue resolution.
• Contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement of finance practices across LEAP Services.
• Support productivity and PL FP&A transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Significant experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally in services or operational finance.

Desired Characteristics:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvements.
• Experience in a transactional finance environment, ideally within the aerospace or engineering sectors.
