About the Role
We are seeking passionate and qualified Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care team in Barrow-in-Furness. These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while enjoying the natural beauty of the Cumbrian coast.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for:
- A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in independent assessment, support planning, and applying legislation and best practice.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage risk in dynamic situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A creative, person-centred approach to supporting individuals.
