Contribute to the development and delivery of proactive mental health initiatives as part of the wider university strategy.
Review and refine team systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency while managing risk.
About You
We are looking for a qualified, accredited, and experienced therapist, social worker, mental health nurse, or other mental health practitioner with:
Substantial experience in managing and supervising clinical staff.
The ability to maintain a small clinical caseload, where required, to support your professional accreditation.
Strong administrative and digital skills to oversee case management and develop smarter working practices.
