About the Role
The University of Sussex is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join the Student Experiential Services Team.
This role is based in the University’s new Student Centre and involves providing a warm welcome and first-line support to students, applicants, and staff. You will handle triage, information, advice, and guidance on a wide range of student support matters, ensuring a positive and responsive experience for everyone who visits the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent front-line customer service as part of the Student Centre team.
Provide clear, accurate information, advice, and guidance to students, applicants, and university staff.
Support triage and referral processes to ensure students are connected with appropriate services.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to maintain a seamless student experience.
Contribute to the development of student-facing processes and resources to improve service delivery.
About You
You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting students.
You have experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You are proactive, organised, and adaptable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You are confident using digital systems and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
