Job Description Summary
The Program Manager will leverage deep expertise in technology, processes, and domain knowledge to manage and execute multiple interdependent projects within a larger program. This role ensures that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet the desired quality standards. The Program Manager will also define and enforce execution standards and best practices to be followed by all project managers within the department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with business, functional, and technology leaders to define project functionality and requirements.
Develop a multi-generational project strategy that aligns with program objectives and expected outcomes.
Establish execution methodologies and project management standards to be applied across all projects within the program.
Organize and lead project teams composed of internal and external technical and functional experts according to budget, scope, and timeline.
Oversee daily execution of multiple interdependent projects, coordinating directly with global technical teams.
Ensure alignment and coordinated delivery across projects, tracking shared outcomes and dependencies.
Support teams in resolving issues, risks, and interdependencies that impact project delivery.
Manage project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain stakeholder communication and provide progress updates at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Track project performance, customer satisfaction, and outcomes using defined KPIs and service metrics, ensuring lessons learned are documented.
Conduct financial reviews and monitor ongoing budget and expenditure tracking.
Focus primarily on hosting (Cloud and On-Premise) projects, including migrations, builds, mergers, acquisitions, and business-as-usual activities.
Apply and promote FLIGHT DECK principles and operating rhythms.
Minimum Qualifications
For U.S. Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and at least 5 years of professional experience, OR
Associate degree and at least 8 years of professional experience, OR
High school diploma and at least 10 years of professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager in Enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI.
Note: Military experience is considered equivalent to professional experience.
For U.K. Candidates:
Significant professional experience as a Program Manager in Enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI.
Eligibility:
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or U.K.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Skilled in developing actionable strategies, anticipating risks, and driving change.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum aster, or related project management credentials are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits (U.S. Candidates)
Base Pay Range: $127,900 – $213,200 USD
(Specific offer depends on experience, education, and skills.)
Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
