We are currently recruiting for multiple Hearing Aid Audiologist positions across the UK. While this listing may reference Manchester as the location due to it being our Head Office, you are welcome to apply from anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients.

Your duties will include:

  • Conducting hearing tests, assessing client needs, and providing information on available options
  • Offering aftercare in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme
  • Managing the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management
  • Ensuring that the team delivers a professional, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Delivering a positive Amplifon customer experience that exceeds expectations
  • Acting as a role model by maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other clinicians
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and legal guidelines
  • Managing the clinic diary to meet commercial objectives and customer needs
  • Meeting KPIs and addressing any performance gaps with timely action plans

About You:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC
  • Exceptional customer care and service standards
  • Commercial sensitivity
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Action-oriented with strong analytical and judgment skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Numerate and organised with excellent time management
  • Driven and tenacious

Desirable:

  • Full driving license
  • Proven commercial experience
