Tutor in Business
Salary: £38,654 – £45,874 per annum
Plus: £4,201 London premium + up to 10% performance bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic and committed academic professionals who will:
- Design and deliver engaging, innovative, and effective teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Support students through teaching, supervision, and pastoral care
- Contribute to curriculum development and assessment
- Participate in business engagement and professional development activities
- Undertake academic leadership responsibilities (e.g., module leadership)
- Collaborate with colleagues and share best practice
About You:
- A degree or PhD in a relevant business discipline, or substantial professional experience
- Expertise in one or more relevant subject areas
- Experience delivering high-quality teaching and assessment using varied approaches
- Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
- The ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment
- A student-focused, values-driven approach to education
