Job Description

This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route, enabling qualified international candidates to apply. The post holder will provide critical nursing leadership, supporting the Ward Sister in the effective management of the clinical area. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of nursing care, safeguarding patient safety, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) standards. You will lead in the Ward Sister’s absence alongside two deputies, overseeing daily operations and clinical decision-making.

Audit duties are central to this role, involving regular assessments of care practices, infection control, and risk management to uphold quality standards.
