About the Role
Join the Development and Alumni Engagement team at the University of Warwick as a Senior Philanthropy Manager, leading fundraising efforts for the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Medicine. In this role, you will:
🔹 Develop & manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and projects
🔹 Lead & support a Philanthropy Officer in driving fundraising priorities
🔹 Inspire philanthropic giving to fund groundbreaking research tackling climate change, pandemics, sustainability, and conflict resolution
🔹 Engage key stakeholders to support an ambitious new fundraising campaign

About You
✅ Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in major gift fundraising, donor engagement, or relationship management
✅ Leadership & Strategy: Skilled in developing fundraising strategies and managing donor portfolios
✅ Storytelling & Influence: Ability to inspire and engage donors, demonstrating the real-world impact of philanthropy
✅ Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with alumni, donors, and faculty leaders
✅ Passion for Impact: Driven to advance social mobility, support research, and make education more accessible
