Job Summary
We are looking for Senior Library Assistants to join our Customer Services team at the University of Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team following the transformation of our services and the launch of a new strategy.
In this role, you will oversee Library Assistants, ensuring the smooth operation and development of high-quality frontline customer services. You’ll play a key role in supporting library users and maintaining an excellent service experience.
Shift Patterns Available:
- Post 1 (0.5 FTE): Monday (08:00 – 14:45), Saturday & Sunday (08:00 – 14:30)
- Post 2 (0.5 FTE): Monday (13:15 – 20:00), Tuesday & Sunday (13:30 – 20:00)
Please note that shifts may include bank holidays and customary days, as required.
