About the Role:

Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) is seeking an organized and proactive Senior Assessment Co-Ordinator to join the Curriculum Support Team.
This role focuses on the planning and delivery of practical medical examinations and the coordination of national assessments.

You will report to the Clinical Assessment Team Manager and collaborate closely with BSMS faculty, administrative staff, and NHS Trust partners, as well as liaising with colleagues from both the University of Brighton and University of Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage the logistics of practical clinical exams and national medical assessments.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS partners.

Service meetings and coordinate administrative functions around assessment planning.

Collate, analyse, and present data for reports and examination-related documents.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of examination materials and processes.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in coordinating examinations or large-scale events.

Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data accurately.

A flexible, reliable approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
