About the Role
Barway Services Ltd, part of the G’s Fresh group, is recruiting Seasonal Operatives to support our busy peak season. This is a hands-on role where you may be based in the fields, factory, or warehouse, contributing to the growing, harvesting, packing, and distribution of fresh produce supplied to major UK and European retailers.
No previous experience is required — full training is provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on operational needs, duties may include:
- Supporting crop growing and harvesting activities
- Packing and preparing fresh produce to supermarket standards
- Assisting with general factory or warehouse tasks
- Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Every role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality produce reaches customers on time.
Working Pattern
This role involves flexible shift patterns, which may include:
- Day and night shifts
- Weekend working
- Shifts across 7 days per week
- Shifts are allocated weekly, so full availability is essential to be considered.
