About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our team at Minehead Medical Centre, a service recently rated ‘Good’ across all areas by the CQC following significant improvements under One Medical Group’s leadership.

As part of a supportive, patient-focused team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care to the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and home visit consultations

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to both routine and urgent patients

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support patients with complex or long-term conditions

  • Ensure clinical records and care meet all regulatory and governance standards

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and patient experience

Candidate Requirements

  • GMC registration with entry on the GP Specialty Register

  • Inclusion on the NHS Performers List

  • At least 1 year post-CCT experience in primary or urgent care

  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

  • A proactive, patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
