- Position: Restaurant Manager
- Employer: Fine Dining Restaurant
- Location: Grantham, England
- Salary Package: Circa £36,000 (including service charge + targeted bonus)
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week / 5 days

Role Overview: As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a variety of responsibilities, including administration, leadership, customer service, and operational tasks. The main objective is to deliver a polished and exceptional dining experience, ensuring the highest standards of service in line with the restaurant’s prestigious reputation.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Sound financial and business acumen
- Resident within a commutable distance (up to one hour)
