Job Summary
Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children in care? We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Youth Support Workers to join our Children’s Homes across East Sussex.
About the Role
As a Residential Youth Support Worker, you will:
- Support children’s development and wellbeing
- Work closely with families and a multi-disciplinary team
- Lead on specialist projects (e.g., healthy eating initiatives)
- Ensure children are treated with dignity and respect

Locations: Eastbourne, Bexhill, Seaford, and St Leonards
Full-time and part-time opportunities available – please specify your preference in your application.
