The Role

We are currently seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join our Home Solutions Team, playing a key role in ensuring timely and efficient repairs across our housing portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

Organising and coordinating repair and maintenance tasks.

Managing operative diaries and scheduling work to maximise efficiency and first-time fixes.

Using specialist software to log, track, and monitor repair requests and progress.

Maintaining regular communication with residents to provide updates on scheduled repairs.

Supporting the improvement of scheduling processes in collaboration with senior team members.

Providing excellent customer service at every step of the process.

This role is central to our mission of maintaining safe and comfortable homes for our residents and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the repairs process.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Attention to detail in managing diaries and repair records.

Good IT skills and ability to use specialist scheduling software.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

A proactive team player who can work collaboratively and independently.

What We Offer

We offer a sector-leading benefits package, including:

£29,492 salary per annum

30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Pension contribution: Eastlight contributes double your amount (e.g., you contribute 5%, Eastlight contributes 10%)

Annual wellbeing grant of £200 (subject to eligibility)

Enhanced family leave: 12 weeks full pay and 6 weeks half pay for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave (subject to eligibility)

Additional Information

This is a fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity (up to 12 months).

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
