We are recruiting Registered Nurses for rewarding positions across Germany and Austria.
Training and Language Requirements
Candidates will need to complete certain training and/or language courses as part of their preparation.
Salary Details:
- During training: €2,800 per month plus overtime
- After certification: €3,500 per month plus overtime
Two Recruitment Streams
Stream 1 – Immediate Demand
- For Registered Nurses holding a B.Sc. Nursing degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a government or private hospital
- B2-level German language proficiency certificate required
- Upon registration, all credentials will be verified, including:
- Birth certificate
- Police clearance
- Educational qualifications
- Employment records
Stream 2 – Student Nurses (Year 1 or Year 2)
- For nurses currently studying towards a B.Sc. Nursing degree
- Ideally, candidates start a language course (German or English) in Year 2, depending on their preferred destination
- Upon graduation, candidates will be B2-ready and highly marketable
- Only a short cultural immersion program (a few weeks) will remain before placement
Application and Preparation Process
- Verify all documents (passport, certificates, RN license, CV)
- Confirm language certification (B1/B2) or begin language training (A1–B2)
- Create a structured CV with validated experience and gaps
- Prepare for employer interviews
- Match candidates with suitable employers and issue job offers
- Collect medical records, police clearance, and visa documentation
- Initiate the recognition process (Germany – under §16d Residence Act)
- Secure a bridging course slot with an AZAV-accredited provider
- Submit visa application through a local partner agency
- Arrange travel and flights (legal fees and flight costs covered)
