Job Description
Join Our Team as a Band 5 Registered Nurse at Newark Hospital’s Urgent Treatment Centre
Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse eager to make a meaningful impact in urgent care? Newark Hospital’s Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is currently inviting applications for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to become part of our committed and supportive team.
About the Role
As a Band 5 nurse within our busy UTC, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. We welcome candidates from both adult and paediatric nursing backgrounds. While previous experience in an Emergency Department or UTC is beneficial, it is not a requirement. This position is also ideal for newly qualified nurses seeking a strong foundation and professional growth in urgent care.
Why Work With Us?
Be part of an award-winning NHS Foundation Trust serving over 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
Work in a clinically-led organisation that places patients at the centre of everything we do, treating each individual as we would a family member.
Join a team that values kindness, respect, and mutual support among colleagues.
Benefit from working in a Trust rated ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, with King’s Mill Hospital recognised as the only ‘outstanding’ NHS hospital in the East Midlands.
Enjoy being part of the best acute Trust to work for in the East Midlands, as voted by our staff for seven consecutive years in the National NHS Staff Survey.
