About the Role
Priory Bishops Gate is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential service for adults on the autism spectrum who may also present with complex needs. Located in St Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex, our service supports males and females aged 18 to 65, promoting personal growth and independence through tailored, person-centred support.
As a Registered Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team, guiding the service to deliver exceptional care and recovery-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality support
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgets, staffing, compliance, and service development
- Ensure all CQC regulatory requirements are met and exceeded
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the service
- Support individuals in achieving their goals with dignity and respect
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and external partners

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and resilient individual who brings:
- Proven leadership experience within a residential or specialist care setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance frameworks
- A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards completion)
- A proactive, hands-on approach to team management and service delivery
- A passion for driving positive outcomes for individuals with autism and complex needs
