Assist Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and risk management activities.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination across projects.

Prepare clear, concise reports and updates for senior management and committees.

Governance & Process Improvement

Ensure compliance with PMO governance frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and wider Capital team.

Support innovation in project delivery and service optimization.

Planning & Organisation

Plan and prioritise workloads effectively to meet multiple deadlines.

Manage project meetings, documentation, and administrative systems.

Identify professional development opportunities and engage in ongoing training.

People & Development

Support the induction and training of new team members as required.

Promote a culture of collaboration, quality, and accountability across the PMO.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Has experience in project or programme reporting, data analysis, or PMO operations.

Is confident producing scorecards, dashboards, and progress metrics.

Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Shows commitment to continuous professional development.

Experience within the NHS, public sector, or a complex project environment is an advantage, but not essential.
