About the Role
We are recruiting a Post-award Project Manager to join our Research and Development Support (ReDS) Team within the Office for Postgraduates, Research and Engagement (OPRE).
You will play a key role in supporting our research community, ensuring the effective delivery, financial management, and risk oversight of externally funded research and knowledge exchange projects. Working with academics across a wide range of disciplines, you will provide expert guidance to help grow UEL’s research income and maximize the social, cultural, and economic impact of our work.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience supporting researchers with post-award project management in a UK Higher Education Institution.
Strong knowledge of UK funding schemes and experience managing large, complex, and multi-partner projects in the UK and internationally.
Excellent financial management skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with academic and professional services colleagues.
