About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to lead and coordinate our day-to-day administrative operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient office systems, managing suppliers and budgets, and supporting staff across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing a small team.
We are a licensed Skilled Worker visa sponsor, and sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth administrative operations
Supervise and support administrative staff
Maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment
Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
Oversee internal communications, scheduling, and document management
Support HR functions, including new staff onboarding
Track and manage budgets, invoices, and office expenses
Requirements
Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Must be eligible to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available)
Ability to commute to or relocate to Rotherham, S60 1BD
Preferred Experience
At least 1 year in an office management or senior administrative position
