About the Role

Are you an experienced, NMC-registered Nurse currently working in a UK nursing home? We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client’s dedicated care team in Glasgow (and other locations across Scotland).

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses already based in the UK who are looking for a new employer and require Tier 2 visa sponsorship to continue their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate holistic care plans.

Conduct assessments and regularly review residents’ physical and mental well-being.

Ensure a safe and clean environment in line with infection control protocols.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Mentor and support junior staff, setting high standards through leadership and example.

Requirements

NMC registration with a valid PIN.

Currently residing in the UK and working as a Nurse in a nursing home.

Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of nursing best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship (Skilled Worker Visa).
