JOB SUMMARY

Position: Night Care Assistants (2 x 42 Hours Per Week)
Salary: £12.45 – £12.80 per hour
Closing Date: 28th February 2025

This role is open to in-country sponsorships.

We are seeking compassionate, attentive, and kind-hearted individuals to join our team as Night Care Assistants. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, helping to improve their quality of life and encouraging independence. Our person-centered approach begins with a care plan tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences.

As a Night Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents during the night, overseeing the security of the home, assisting with personal care, administering medication, and completing necessary night paperwork. A detailed job information pack will be provided to guide you in this role.

Experience in care is preferred, but not essential, as we will offer full training and support to develop your skills.
