Skills Provision Ltd is recruiting for a qualified MEP Planner to join a prestigious Building Services firm based in London, UK.

The company is a recognized leader in construction and engineering, providing innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions across multiple sectors. This position is based at the organization’s London headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project programmes covering design, procurement, and construction phases.

Provide regular progress updates and briefings to senior management.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.

Prepare detailed, client-facing project schedules and reports.

Collaborate closely with on-site project teams.

Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Review project progress, monitor schedule changes, and assess time impact.

Perform delay analysis and prepare reports to support Extension of Time (EOT) applications.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Stay updated on relevant industry and legislative changes.

Support company objectives and uphold professional standards.

Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in planning for tenders and managing contractual processes.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and the full construction lifecycle.

Experienced in handling challenges from project feasibility through completion.

Proficient in Asta PowerProject and/or MS Project.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Reliable, committed, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication and leadership skills with confidence in delivering presentations and reports.

May be required to provide a Tuberculosis (TB) test, depending on country of residence.

Must have a clear immigration and employment history.
