The Role

As a Manager, you will lead an international team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge AI and quantum software solutions for top-tier global clients. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and client collaboration, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a multicultural engineering team to design and deliver advanced AI/quantum solutions.

Define and drive the technical direction of complex projects, ensuring the highest quality in methods and technologies used.

Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.

Create and manage comprehensive project plans, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

Anticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and ensure project momentum.

Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Contribute to the company’s technology strategy by offering insights into client needs and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.

5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in project management of technical teams.

3+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., computer vision, LLMs) in industry.

Proven expertise in:

Designing and deploying Generative AI systems (RAG, Agentic AI).

Cloud-based production environments for AI deployment.

LLM optimization (fine-tuning, alignment, pruning, compression).

Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in Docker and Git.

Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab workflows.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
