The Role
We’re seeking two Lecturers in Business Management to support the design and delivery of a new suite of Masters-level programmes, including:
- MSc International Business
- MSc Business Consultancy
- MSc International Agribusiness
- MSc Project Management
As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll contribute to the creation of high-quality course content and deliver engaging learning experiences both on-campus and online.
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
- Business consultancy
- Project management
- Organisational behaviour
- Entrepreneurship
- Marketing
While experience in rural or agricultural sectors is not required, a broad and solid foundation in business management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and develop Masters-level module content
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials within your area of expertise
- Inspire students through dynamic, interactive teaching
- Contribute to ongoing scholarship in your specialist area
What We’re Looking For
A Master’s degree (SCQF Level 11) in International Business Management, Agribusiness, Project Management, Business Consultancy, or a closely related field
Experience in designing and delivering business management courses, ideally at postgraduate level
Ability to teach both in-person and online
A passion for innovative and effective teaching methods
