JOB SUMMARY
This position will be based on the University Campus, with the option of working in a hybrid setting. We are also open to negotiating flexible work arrangements.
Do you have previous experience working successfully in a complicated facilities management environment?Are you capable of forming and developing an effective team to manage the off-campus facilities?
You will be in charge of the day-to-day technical leadership of a small team of tradespeople, as well as serving as a key customer contact for a broad and diverse portfolio of University buildings. In addition, you will be in charge of managing expert contractors. You will lead, manage, and coordinate the execution of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance and the highest quality requirements are maintained.
You will have expertise working with and through others to achieve high maintenance standards in a big or complex facility. You will be able to work pragmatically to guarantee that both scheduled and reactive maintenance operations are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Given the nature of this position, you will be expected to work and travel between multiple University properties.
