Help Lead Strategic Change at One of the UK’s Leading Universities

The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Office Manager to join its senior administrative team at a time of continued ambition and innovation.

This role places you at the very centre of university leadership. You’ll provide essential support to the Vice-Chancellor and the University Executive Board, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while supporting the delivery of the University’s long-term goals. Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive Officer, you’ll become a trusted partner, working alongside senior stakeholders on key initiatives and decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Executive Office Manager, you’ll lead a mid-sized team that provides high-level executive and administrative support in a fast-paced and high-profile setting. You’ll guide and shape operational processes, manage office workflows, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across your team. You’ll also play a key leadership role in supporting your colleagues through change—building resilience, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a focus on excellence throughout.

This position offers a rare opportunity to contribute directly to projects and decisions that influence the University as a whole. Your work will stretch across strategic planning, operational management, executive support, and internal communications—making this a highly visible and impactful position within the wider organisation.
