As a Registered Nurse in a Barchester care home, you will look after our residents’ physical, psychological, and social needs, allowing us to provide the exceptional care they deserve.

We will look to you to provide a secure and supportive environment for residents with a variety of physical and mental requirements, while also depending on your professional expertise to make essential clinical choices. You can expect a wide range of tasks, including designing individualised care plans, administering medication securely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have the freedom to do things the right way while being fully valued and acknowledged for your work.

ABOUT YOU.

To work with us as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you must have current NMC registration and a thorough understanding of current clinical procedures. Experience creating well-developed treatment plans and detailed risk assessments is also required, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical recommendations. You will be proud of your person-centered, deliberate approach to nursing, as you are dedicated and sensitive.
