JOB SUMMARY
We are in desperate need of a Carer in Medway to join our expanding team. Located in Medway and the adjacent areas, such as Strood, Hoo, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, and Rainham, are our clientele.
The work you do as a carer will vary since you will be attending to a wide range of individual requirements. Among them are:
Assisting with the administration of medications, giving nutritional support, providing personal care, making social calls, assisting with communication, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, supporting individuals with dementia, and assisting clients with other challenging behaviours
A home care provider that genuinely cares for the individuals they are looking after is what we need. We take great satisfaction in going above and above for our customers. Many of our customers are extremely vulnerable individuals who require assistance in order to stay in their own homes. We want to make sure they can accomplish this with honour and self-reliance.
RESEARCH & HOME CARE NEEDS
There are shifts available seven days a week in the morning, lunch, tea time, and evening. We also have some employment available at night.
Our primary criteria for each Home Carer are as follows, but prior experience providing care is not necessary.
o Kind and understanding o Enthusiastic about providing care in the community
o Capable of handling difficult circumstances
o A UK driver’s licence is a requirement.
o Ideally, FEMALE carers
o Work experience providing clerical care for a year or more
