JOB SUMMARY

 

In order to plan their future in midwifery in the UK and to complete their NMC registration, midwives outside of the UK are being recruited by Cradlefin Consultants. Apply right away if you are pursuing or have recently acquired your NMC Midwifery pin number! We offer a thorough training programme and an appealing support package to assist you in passing the OSCE exam.

Principal responsibilities:

1. It will be your duty to make sure that the needs of our service consumers are satisfied by providing them with high-quality care.

2. You will provide prenatal care as well as care after delivery in the intrapartum and postpartum phases using a person-centered approach.

3. The assessment of care needs, as well as the creation, execution, and assessment of care programmes, will fall under your purview.

4. You’ll be required to provide all pertinent care and make a concerted effort to develop the competencies listed in the midwifery scale.

5. To ensure that the midwife or other designated personnel plans, executes, and evaluates the mother’s and her child’s antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.

6. Make sure the care is egalitarian, up to date, and grounded in evidence. It should also take into account cultural and spiritual beliefs as well as the requirements of a varied society.

7. When overseeing a clinical area in a hospital or community, take part in creating off-duty schedules and be in charge of setting up sufficient coverage in the event of absence or unexpected illness.

8. To support and take part in appropriate in-service training and induction programmes

Requirements and qualifications:

1. CBT finished and IELTS or OET cleared

2. NMC-registered midwife

3. The capacity for efficient operation within a management system and organisational abilities

4. A good team player and communicator

5. Fundamental IT abilities

6. Practical familiarity with NMC The 2015 Code of PrEPp in regard to midwifery

7. A readiness to participate in audits and other initiatives carried out by the Trust Clinical governance knowledge

8. Practical understanding of the midwife’s role in public health, including: Child 9. Safety, Abuse at Home, Drug Abuse, Mental Health, and Proper Weight Management

9. A working familiarity with the 2012 NMC Midwives Rules and Standards
analytical abilities
