Summary

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced professional to join the CUH Perioperative Care team!

You will be part of a band 7 recovery team that coordinates and manages recovery rooms in CUH’s main theatres and the Cambridge Movement Surgical Hub.

You will like working in a large team, be adaptable to new situations and difficulties, and strive to offer patients with the greatest surgical experience possible.

Recovery:

We are searching for an experienced Recovery Practitioner to join the senior team at CUH. We have positions in both the main CUH and the Cambridge Movement Surgical Hub. You will lead a team of staff and support them in providing safe and evidence-based care to patients while adhering to the Trust’s values of Safe, Kind, and Excellent.

You will be in charge of effectively managing and using Recovery’s human, physical, and technology resources.

To serve as a Clinical Specialist in perioperative care services. Ensuring safe, effective, research-based care, as well as providing an effective and efficient service to patients and professionals.

Maintain a visible clinical presence as a role model for patients, visitors, and staff to look to for assistance.

To support the training and development of all levels of nursing staff by supporting an ongoing educational plan and providing a good learning environment in which personnel can reach their full potential.
