We are a 19-bed acute gastroenterology unit that treats patients with a variety of disorders, including bowel disease, acute liver failure, and stomach cancer. There is a lot to learn and plenty of opportunity to improve your acute care skills and knowledge.

We have a strong staff with plenty of opportunity to grow and earn valuable experience providing compassionate and safe care to this complicated and fragile group of patients.

To offer effective patient care while serving as a member of the nursing team at East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust. To maintain high levels of patient care in response to service needs.
