Responsible for the whole execution of technical projects to ensure high-quality results for internal and/or external customers. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, developing functional and technical specifications, and managing build/test/deploy milestones to ensure project completion.

Roles and responsibilities
Work independently while collaborating with the other roles on the team to ensure that the project satisfies organisational standards and client requirements.
In this position, you will:
Interact with internal and/or external customers and product managers to understand their needs and timetables.
Collaborate with the technical and operational teams. Help them with scope concerns and project requirements.
Collaborate with Build and Release teams by demonstrating a high level of understanding of software development life cycles.
Ensure that releases fulfil quality standards and functional requirements within the specified schedule and budget.
Work with fellow team members and give subject matter knowledge to diagnose bugs and devise solutions during testing cycles, as well as during and after the project is put to production.
Demonstrate the capacity to persuade and influence customers and stakeholders.
Actively manage project risk and issue resolution.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution or college (or comparable experience) in Computer Science or related area, and/or solid understanding of digital technology and software development.
Desired Characteristics
Collaborate with business and functional partners, and technology leadership to establish requirements.
Define the execution plan and approach based on the project scope, estimated timeline, and available budget/resources.
Ensure that predefined project management methods and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement, when necessary.
Hands-on experience working in an agile software environment (SCRUM, Kanban, XP, etc)
Support the execution team in resolving obstacles and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams outside of the project to ensure their duties are accomplished as required.
Manage project risks, scope modifications, and other non-standard occurrences throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reports.
Ensure the quality of deliverables is confirmed and meets stakeholder expectations.
Able to break down problems and estimate time for development jobs.
Capable of working well with multinational teams.
Ensures grasp of concerns and provides clear rationale.
Continuously measures self- and team deliverables versus scheduled commitments.
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective teamwork and problem-solving skills
