Salary ranges from £28,759 to £32,982 per year (pro-rata for part-time work). Please be advised that any role graded less than 5.4 or £31,396 per year will not be eligible for sponsorship.

The School of Media, Arts, and Humanities is looking for a Senior Reception Coordinator to manage the activities of a busy Reception office and Resource Centre borrowing service, ensuring that users and visitors receive great customer service and support.

The position will be responsible for:

Leading, managing, and inspiring the reception personnel.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to worldwide clients, as well as managing and assigning other administrative responsibilities.
monitoring day-to-day school finance and human resource administration, assuring compliance.

Successful candidates will:

Have experience working in a busy, pressured, customer-facing environment with a strong dedication to constantly providing the highest possible standards.
be a passionate and well-organised administrator, a competent team member, with strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and improve processes.
have a propensity for thorough work, taking the initiative to identify problems and find answers.
