BMW Used Vehicle Sales Manager

Location: Vines BMW, Guildford

Salary: £45,000 Basic – £75,000 OTE + Company Car.

Over Achievement: £92,000, unrestricted and uncapped.

We seek an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our senior team. We are searching for a dedicated and focused individual to take over the Used Car Department. Your efforts will be appreciated and rewarded with an outstanding overachievement earning opportunity, and you will be free to pursue your own goals.

As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will:

• Head up our Used Car Department in our busy Guildford site.
• Shape the future of your department by bringing your own entrepreneurial attitude and ideas to success.
• Inspire and coach a team of sales executives to meet aggressive targets.

The ideal candidate will:

• Become a successful, organised manager who understands used car retailing.
• Be able to establish solid relationships, streamline procedures, and improve customer satisfaction?
• Consistently lead and drive the business to achieve top quartile results?

You must:

• Demonstrate a proven track record of your successes.
• Able to fill in for the General Sales Manager in his absence.
• Live within a maximum 90-minute commute from the Guildford facility.

With an uncapped OTE, your earning potential is boundless, and you have the opportunity to exceed it depending on performance.

Your working week will be five days, Monday through Saturday. You will have a set day off each week.
