About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will receive 40p per mile, a free uniform, a free DBS check, free life insurance, a paid three-week introduction programme, guaranteed contracts, defined work patterns, paid travel time, and competitive pay rates.

This community-based Home Care Assistant work will involve assisting clients with a variety of requirements, including personal care in their own homes; you will need a UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle. Our Home Care Assistant function is flexible, and we provide care to our clients between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., as well as 4 p.

Our Home Care Assistants receive –
£12.30 per hour.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Free life insurance for employees with contractual hours.

Mileage allowance: 40p per mile.

Key responsibilities of Home Care Assistants include:
Identifying our clients’ needs and abilities, and giving them with personalised care and encouragement
Helping with medication, meal preparation, and household services.
Supporting community visits (shopping and leisure outings)
Regular connection with the office support team.

About You:
Do you want to positively touch the lives of our clients?
Do you have any previous experience? This is not required, as comprehensive training is provided.
Do you hold a UK driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle?
Do you have business insurance on your vehicle, or are you willing to purchase it?
Are you flexible in your working hours and available to work every other weekend?
Can you operate individually and as part of a team?
