You will be responsible for offering high-quality support to our young adults and assisting them in planning their daily lives while working towards their goals. This will include encouraging and supporting them with tasks at home such as household chores, meal planning, shopping, preparing, and cooking nutritious meals, as well as assisting them in planning and accessing their social life, activities, and engagements in the local community and beyond. No two days are alike, just like the incredible folks you’ll be supporting!

Resilience and adaptability are essential because this function requires working alone with a person or a small group, as well as as part of the larger Care team. Depending on who you are assisting, some personal care and medication administration may be required, and you will be well trained and supported in this area to ensure you are prepared.
