Are you an occupational therapist seeking a new and interesting challenge? If so, Lancashire County Council may have the position you’ve been looking for.

You’ll be working with occupational therapists, social workers, and social care/occupational therapy support staff.The work will entail screening and prioritising referrals, offering guidance, and directing people to our community’s assets and services.

You will also be part of an urgent response team, doing home visits and assessments to identify equipment and adaptations in the house to reduce hazards and promote independence for persons in need of assistance.

This is a new position, and you will require the abilities and traits to contribute to the team’s development while also training others to support innovative practice.
