About the Role
Join our IT&D Service Hub Team, part of the Orbis partnership between East Sussex County Council, Surrey County Council, and Brighton & Hove City Council. Our team provides first-line IT support to over 5,000 council staff, ensuring they can deliver essential services to residents.
In this role, you will:
✔ Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting IT queries.
✔ Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line support teams to resolve complex issues.
✔ Contribute ideas to enhance our service and efficiency.
✔ Receive full training and ongoing development in a friendly, supportive team.
This role is hybrid: You’ll train in the office for 4-6 weeks, then work remotely, with approximately one week per month in the office providing in-person support.
