About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to redevelop and lead the University’s workforce data and management information (MI) strategy.
This role will give you the opportunity to design, improve, and implement systems that transform how we analyze and use workforce data. By delivering clear insights, you will help managers and leaders make evidence-based decisions that support the University’s strategic goals.
You will report directly to an Assistant Director of HR and play a central role in ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements while shaping internal workforce planning and policy development.
About You
You will bring:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear insights from complex datasets
Experience managing and submitting Higher Education workforce datasets and MI (e.g., HESA, REF, TEF)
A proven track record of developing and managing HR systems and processes in a complex organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to a wide range of audiences
