Home Care Assistants – Community-Based (Full-time & Part-time)

Primary Carers 24/7 are looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team and provide exceptional care in the community. Position Overview: This community-based role involves providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live securely and independently. As a Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and maintaining hygiene.

Offering tailored care for vulnerable individuals, helping them achieve the best possible quality of life.

Working closely with a small team, effectively communicating to ensure each person’s safety and well-being.

Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support people in a meaningful way, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential for this role; vehicle required).

Passion for care and a positive attitude—experience in care is valuable, but we value your attitude and work ethic more.

Right to Work in the UK (proof required).

Good Communication Skills—both verbal and written.

Enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references (to be completed before employment).

Location: We are recruiting for both part-time and full-time positions in the following areas: Blackburn, Darwen, Rossendale, Accrington, Clitheroe, Colne, Nelson, Burnley, and Barnoldswick.

Pay: £11.50 – £18.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional Pay:

Bonus scheme available.

Work Schedule:

Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available.

Day, night, and weekend shifts.

Full-time (20-40 hours per week) and part-time options.

Eligibility:

Full UK Driving License required (preferred).

Fluent in English (required).

Job Types:
