Clifford Holroyde is seeking a dynamic and values-driven Headteacher to lead our specialist provision for boys aged 11–16, all of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). We offer a nurturing and therapeutic environment where the Thrive Approach forms the foundation of our practice, ensuring a whole-school commitment to positive relationships, resilience, and inclusion.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the school. Clifford Holroyde is currently engaged in:

  • A local authority SEND Sufficiency Review, helping shape the future of SEMH provision in the region.
  • The Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme, which will provide significant investment in our physical learning environment.

As we grow and develop, we aim to maintain and improve our Ofsted rating, educational outcomes, and levels of therapeutic support. To achieve this, we need a strong, aspirational Headteacher to lead the school into its next chapter.
