About the Role
Nottingham Business School (NBS) is seeking a Head of Undergraduate Programmes to lead one of the UK’s most dynamic undergraduate portfolios in business, management, and economics.
As a member of the NBS Executive Team, you will:
Lead and manage the team of UG course leaders.
Oversee the design, delivery, and enhancement of undergraduate programmes.
Strengthen our international reputation for innovative business education.
Deliver outstanding outcomes for students and meet our strategic KPIs.
This role is ideal for an academic leader with vision and passion, who thrives on making a positive impact on students, business, and wider society. You will receive support to develop your ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and drive innovations that reinforce NBS as a global leader in business and management education.
Please note: this role does not automatically confer a professorial title. NTU has a separate process for professorial appointments.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who has:
A proven record of success in undergraduate programme design, development, and delivery.
The ability to lead and motivate a team of course and module leaders.
Strong collaboration skills to work with heads of department and colleagues across the school.
A commitment to educational excellence and student success.
